Strategic Planning Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional and versatile Consultant to work full-time in service to our vision. Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Facilitation: Creatively lead, design, prepare, facilitate, and document planning processes
  • Develop Deliverables: Gather, analyze, synthesize, and visualize data (qualitative and quantitative); design, compose, edit, and format branded project documents
  • Project Management: Design process to plan, implement, and manage client relationships, engagement outcomes, and project teams
  • Intrapreneurial: Enhance internal practices, tools and processes; develop intellectual property
  • Support Business Development: Bring focus, tenacity and strategic thinking to meet ambitious goals for the firm's impact and expansion

Consulting Prowess

  • Proven track record of driving complex projects through to completion; takes initiative

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a consulting firm or equivalent experience focused on strategic planning and plan implementation
  • Master’s degree (preferred MBA, MSSE, or MSOD)

Technical Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced MS Suite skills; project and collaboration management skills with cloud-based tools
  • Internet savvy, with strong research capabilities
